1. Privacy Policy in General

1.1. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms while using the Website and Bitflix platform in general, and retains all the meanings, contents, and usage of terms, conditions, rights, and duties stated in there (for more information see the Terms available from: https://www.bitflix.vip/).

1.2. The Bitflix company is the controller of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “Controller,” “we,” and/or “us”).

1.3. 7.2. Personal data of the Users are processed for a period of three years from the termination of the contract with the data subject and termination of using the Bitflix platform. The data provided when concluding the contract or providing the service of Bitflix platform may be accompanied by other data necessary for the purpose.

7.3. Personal data for the purposes of communication with data subjects are processed until the withdrawal of consent or objection or disagreement with the sending of such communications.

7.4. Other personal data are processed for the necessary time and to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant purpose. The Controller processes the personal data for the above purposes in accordance with the relevant legislation.
